SIGNATURE EDITIONS RETURN POLICY
- We want you to be delighted with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you unhappy in the slightest we would like to know. If you have an issue with your delivery, wish to return your goods or report a damaged product please read Signature Rentals Return Policy and email the team email@example.com Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process. Past the grace period of 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
- You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging in place.
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), if it is not faulty.
- Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Signature Editions unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a Signature Editions employee at the office.
- Whilst we try very hard to deliver our products to you in perfect condition, mistakes can happen! If you do receive any goods that are damaged or faulty then we will happily issue a replacement product free of charge.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
