When your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. Sometimes these can find themselves in your spam or junk folders so do have a look there. The tracking information can at times take 24 hours to update so don’t worry if you doesn’t show up immediately.
Our handling time takes 2-5 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period.
Exceptionally, some items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched due to high demand.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
We charge a flat rate of €5.00 on all orders delivered throughout the island of Ireland.
We offer free delivery on all orders over €75 throughout the island of Ireland.
At present we do not offer a click and collect service. However if you need to get your purchases urgently do contact us at info@signature-editions.ie and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
We deliver to all counties throughout the island of Ireland.
We cannot change your order once it is processed but we are happy to accept returns 14 days post purchase. If you have a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If your purchases arrive damaged please notify us by email at info@signature-editions.ie within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please send images if you can.
Absolutely. This is our favourite request – please do drop us a line at info@signature-editions.ie and we can help create a look for you.
Yes you can create a gift registry with our Wishlist and share with your family and friends. As items are purchased from this list it will update and so prevent duplicates being purchased.
